Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges for any reason, no questions asked! However, if you are unhappy with your purchase we appreciate any feedback you can offer so we may continually improve our customers’ experience. 

Returns

All product(s) must be returned within 30 days in their original condition and accompanied by the invoice sent in your email confirmation. You may also return products with a copy of your receipt at one of our retail locations. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 14 days, minus shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any product(s) within 30 days in their original condition when accompanied by your receipt. You may also exchange product(s) at one of our retail locations with a copy of your receipt. Please send any product you would like to exchange to the address listed below and contact customer service directly at oceanstore@pacificwhale.org so we may send your replacement as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the details of what you wish to exchange.
